Internationally acclaimed bilingual singer/songwriter, Houston Chronicle 2021 Musician of the Year and Fulbright Fellow, Amanda Pascali pioneered the first project to translate the Sicilian folk songs of Rosa Balistreri, one of the first Italian women to denounce social injustice through music.
She currently serves on the board of the music activism non-profit Music to Life and tours professionally in the U.S. and Europe. The Donne di Domani association has generously supported the event.
